Instructions

WSSHE offers membership to individuals who support the Society’s mission and values.

Please complete the new member application below to join WSSHE. Annual dues are collected at the time of joining and each calendar year thereafter. The membership year runs from January 1 - December 31. Please note: WSSHE does not prorate or refund dues based on the month of joining.

Once your application is submitted, please proceed with payment for your selected membership type. Applications enter the approval queue once payment has been received.

Note: If you are renewing your membership, please do not complete this form. Instead, email info@wsshe.org to request an electronic renewal invoice.

Business Partner $75 Annually

Available to vendor individuals whose organizations offer services or products to healthcare facilities or systems, but who are not healthcare providers.

Professional Member $50 Annually

Membership available to individuals actively employed in healthcare-related facilities that provide patient care and who have responsibilities tied to healthcare facility operations.
